What is HomeHub?

HomeHub is a tool built directly within MyHome to help guide you through the warranty and repairs process using standard progress updates (positions on items) and give you the ability to share comments and photos with your builder. You will only have access to Tarion's HomeHub if you are registered on MyHome and your builder is using the tool. HomeHub only includes cases created on or after May 1, 2024 excluding Emergency, Delayed Closing/Delayed Occupancy or Common Elements types.
What does HomeHub have to offer?
Easily keep track of cases. filter/sort, search & export cases.
Update ‘positions’ on items and add comments and photos.
View & export a timeline of updates to items for records.
Get notified when your builder has made updates to items.
Keep track of conciliations you have requested for various items.
