Sophie Vlahakis joined Tarion in October 2008 as Corporate Counsel after practising at Fasken Martineau LLP. She was promoted to the position of Senior Counsel in May 2015 and, in December 2015, moved to the role of Director, Warranty Services. In 2020, Sophie was promoted to Vice President, Warranty Services and is responsible for managing all warranty service claims related to new homes and condominium units in Ontario. Sophie obtained her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario bar in 2000.
