We are committed to providing you excellent customer service at Tarion. If you have contacted us and you feel that your concerns have not been addressed to your satisfaction, you can submit a complaint.
If your new home has warranty related items that remain outstanding or unresolved with your builder, they are not to be submitted here. These items should be submitted on a statutory warranty form through our homeowner portal MyHome.
