Melissa Sousa Gatchalian joined Tarion in April 2018 as a Human Resources Manager, and was promoted to the position of Human Resources Director in October 2020. Prior to joining Tarion, Melissa held progressively senior human resources positions at Statistics Canada, Accenture, Oxford Properties and the OMERS pension fund. Melissa is a graduate of Carleton University’s Business Law program.
