Tarion will be updating our systems as part of ongoing efforts to continually improve customer service and to implement Tarion’s new Customer Service Standard (CSS). Due to the changes being made, MyHome, BuilderLink and FRC Connect will be temporarily offline during the period between Friday April 26, 2024 at 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM Monday April 29th, 2024.

If you are a homeowner with form submission deadlines and request for conciliation deadlines that fall between April 26th and April 29th, 2024 please note such deadlines will be extended to Monday April 29th, 2024. If your form is saved for autosubmission you do not need to contact us. Your form will be processed and submitted automatically at midnight Monday April 29th, 2024. If your form is not an autosubmission form, you will have an opportunity to submit it manually. You will be able to create, edit or submit forms when MyHome is back up on April 29th, 2024.
