On Friday March 27, 2020, Tarion received notification that three condominium projects under the umbrella of Cresford Developments have been placed in receivership by Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice [Commercial List]. The following are the affected projects:

The Clover on Yonge:
Located at 595 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario
Applicable Project Companies: Clover on Yonge Inc. / The Clover on Yonge Limited Partnership
The 33 Yorkville Residences:
33 Yorkville Avenue, Toronto, Ontario
