Common elements are the shared areas of a condominium project that are located outside of the boundaries of individual units. The common elements warranty begins on the date the Declaration and Description for the project is registered with the Land Registry Office, and lasts for a total of seven years. For warranty purposes, the condominium corporation is the owner of the common elements.
