Episode 8: When standard rules don't apply
Your basement floods, your air conditioning dies during a heat wave or maybe you just want to renovate. In certain situations, different rules apply under warranty. The final episode in our series not only looks at how the warranty process works when it comes to emergencies and other special circumstances, but also how the warranty is evolving to provide better coverage for homeowners.
