What is CE PATS?
Exciting news! Tarion has re-launched CE PATS in MyHome. The new CE PATS will have a fresh look and feel, with a slightly updated Performance Audit Tracking Summary (PATS) template, while maintaining its core functionality with added enhancements. This tool will continue to help you and your Condo Corporations track and resolve First Year/Second Year items listed in your Performance Audit and/or Statutory Warranty Form efficiently. Once the PATS are uploaded, you can interact with your Condo Corporation by updating and commenting on submitted items to foster seamless collaboration.
What does CE PATS have to offer?
Receive a weekly email when updates are made to items.
Easily keep track of PATS items, filter/sort, search & export case information.
View & export a timeline of updates to items for records.
Updates will automatically be date-stamped in the history of that item.
Update ‘positions’ on items and add comments and photos.
Dashboard views of progress for First or Second year PATS items.
